Terms and Conditions of Booking A Consultation
- The consultation service will be delivered by an Australian registered migration agent in the form of audio communications (phone calls or audio chat via social media apps), emails or face to face meeting.
- The consultation costs $165.00 for 30 minutes or $275.00 for 60 minutes. Minimum charges are $165.00 for each consultation session if less than 30 minutes or $275.00 if more than 30 minutes but less than 60 minutes and with subsequent increments of every 10 minutes at $55.00.
- The client needs to fill the Booking Form and clearly specify ALL the questions that she or he is going to raise in the consultation session.
- To successfully book a consultation appointment, the client needs to return the completed Booking Form with a direct deposit receipt by email at least TWO business days prior to the preferred appointment date.
- We must issue a tax invoice to the client upon completion of the consultation.
- The paid fee will sit in our client/trust account and ONLY becomes withdrawable until completion of the consultation session.
- An additional charge may be invoiced and payable if the duration of the consultation session is longer than it should be in the original booking form.
- Rescheduling your appointment:
We can look at rescheduling your appointment to another time if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. - Cancellations:
As some case research may take place before your scheduled appointment, we do not offer refunds for cancelled appointments. - Lateness and No Shows:
If you are late to your appointment, you may not receive the full time consultation with our Register Migration Agent. If you don’t attend your appointment, your consultation fee is forfeited, and you will need to pay the fee again should you wish to reschedule. - Disclaimer:
